New Mayor for Thurles

At their inaugural meeting on Monday, 15th June, 2009 Thurles Town Councillors elected Evelyn Nevin of the Lowry Team as Mayor and Gerard O'Brien, Fianna Fail as Deputy Mayor. We wish them, together with their Council colleagues every good wish and we look forward to their positive input for Thurles for the term ahead.
